All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee of $35.00. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made unless the cottage can be re-rented. Owner will make every attempt to re-rent the cottage on your behalf. If cottage is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $35.00 cancellation fee.

With Traverse City only 30 miles away, Kalkaska County boasts access to 24,000 water acres. Laced with more rivers and streams and dotted with over 80 island lakes, Kalkaska is considered prime area for hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, boating and recreational activities.
Make the trip to Kalkaska County and discover all there is to offer in this four-seasons recreational area. With much of the area being state-owned, there are hundreds of miles of recreational trails to enjoy the outdoors.
Our cottage offers a warm, rustic, relaxing atmosphere perfect for families. This 1,000-square foot vacation rental has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath that sleeps 6-8 guests. (One full, bunk bed with 2 twin beds, 1 double futon, and double hide-a-bed in living room.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes for your convenience.
Special care has been taken to furnish our cottage with the extras to make it a comfortable home away from home for you and your family.
Fish from your own private dock, or take your boat and explore the many coves.

Let the relaxation of "Up North" begin for your family and friends on the "Gold Coast" of Allsports Manistee Lake. Experience this sandy bottom 890 acre all sports lake. Shallow area surrounds dock making this a perfect area for children to swim and snorkel. The lake shore is 10 feet from the cottage door. Fish, Boat, Swim and explore the sandy bottomed lake via your own boat. BBQ, picnic, relax on the lake shore while overlooking a no-wake cove of the this all sports lake. End the day roasting marshmallows over the lakeside fire pit, watching the incredible sunsets and star gazing from the shoreline. The sun shines on the dock on most summer days too!
