Weekly rate is $1200, however, we give a break for multiple weeks in season as follows: 2 weeks = $2,200,
3 weeks = $3,150, 4 weeks = $4,000 and six weeks = $5000.

Check or money order: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation. Balance plus a $200 refundable damage deposit due one week before date of reservation.
