The Welcome Inn has breathtaking Northern Michigan views and begins hospitality with a large covered front porch, great for relaxing. This home is a three bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 1800 sq ft ranch. Sleeping accommodations are 2 per bedroom, and 2 per hide a bed in the seasonal sunroom, totaling 6 - 8.

The sunroom adjuts into the large, private backyard, hosting woods in the back of the lot, bordering Cedar Lake. Often, deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys grace the grounds of this rental property. The road separates 100’ of private beach on the West shore of the West arm of Grand Traverse Bay. A small deck awaits down the stairway, overlooking the shoreline and beautiful sandy beach, with a rustic fire pit.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is before 11:00 AM.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
Deposits must be received within 5 days to process confirmation. Deposits for weekend reservations are $ 250 each, weekly reservations require a $ 500 deposit per week
DAMAGES
We will collect a minimum $ 250 damage deposit on each reservation. If the departure inspection shows no damage, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.

Please allow 90 days cancellation notice for June, July, and August and allow 30 days cancellation notice for September thru May rentals. Deposits will be refunded, less a $ 100. cancellation fee, with sufficient notice. CANCELLATION BEYOND ALLOWABLE NOTICE - If we can rent unit for your reserved time, deposit less the cancellation fee will be returned within 30 days. If timing wasn’t sufficient and new rental for that time didn’t occur, full deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation notice should be handled by written notice or e-mail, for proper documentation.
Please report maintenance or housekeeping problems immediately. Even the best appliances, TV’s, VCR’s etc. occasionally malfunction and we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time. We do, however, guarantee to correct problem as soon as possible (during business hours). THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO SUCH PROBLEMS.

Amenities:
This spacious vacation rental home has a complete kitchen and laundry. A 12’ window in the living room and 6’ window in the dining area overlooks the frontage and beautiful swan inhabited area of Traverse City's West Bay. The large circular drive will accommodate snowmobiles, hunting & fishing rigs. Guests may use one space in the attached garage. Minimal amount of towels, linens, as well as picnic supplies provided. Complete bedding for 8 persons, no housekeeping mid week.

Cable T.V., VCR, & fireplace in living room.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless special provisions and additional security deposit is worked out during the confirmation process.
