Description:
This luxurious West Bay waterfront home, minutes from downtown Traverse City, features a private sandy beach and enclosed heated pool.
Enjoy the morning sunrise over West Bay with a view of Power Island while relaxing at the poolside patio.
Amenities:
This 2400 sq. ft. home has central air, full kitchen w/snack bar, washer and dryer and a formal dining area. There is a wonderful view of West Bay w/ large picture windows on both the upper & lower levels. The upper level is a large open area w/ cable TV, bunk and sofa beds. The floor plan provides great flexibility for families. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a guest room with a king bed upstairs.
The convenient location on the bay, offers a large beachfront (100') with a dock. 2 kayaks are available. The beach has a picnic table and a fire pit. The pool area is enclosed w/ lounge chairs, grill, and a 1/2 bath changing area.
