Don't just tell prospective renters about your property — show them! We offer one photo in free basic listing, with no setup fee or additional costs. Take picture of the outside of the home, the living room or the view - it's up to you!

You shouldn't stop there, though. You can add up to 11 additional photos for a total of 12 photos per property.

1 photo: Free
3 photos: $60/year (or $5/month)
6 photos: $100/year (or $8.33/month)
12 photos: $250/year (or $20.33/month) + a bonus featured listing

The number of photos you have in your listing will appear in the search results, so prospective renters know which listings will give them the best preview.

The more photos you have in your listing, the higher it will appear in the results. If there are 10 listings in Traverse City, for example, and your listing has the most photos, it will appear at the top of the list!

Submitting Photos
You can submit photos to TraverseRentalGuide.com in two ways:

1. Digital photos can be emailed directly to photos@traverserentalguide.com. Be sure to include your full name as it appears on your TraverseRentalGuide.com account. We will resize and optimize your photos before adding them to your listing, usually within one week of receipt.

2. If your photos are not digital, you may mail the ORIGINALS and a self-addessed stamped envelope to:

Please DO NOT mail us photo copies, brochures, postcards, slides, negatives, or photos printed in a magazine or from your computer's printer. Sending the original or digital photos will ensure the highest possible quality for your listing.

While there is no charge to scan photos for you, we do require that you include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish to have your photos returned.

Changing Photos
If you'd like to change your photos, you may do so once per year at no charge. Additional changes will incur a fee.

Adding a Virtual Tour to your listing
If you already have a virtual tour of your property, you can add it to your listing for only $10/month! You may submit your virtual tour in one of two ways:

1. Email the virtual tour file to photos@traverserentalguide.com. Be sure to include your full name as it appears on your TraverseRentalGuide.com account.

2. Mail a CD with your virtual tour on it to the following address:
