To offer readers the best selection of rental properties available, we offer free basic listings for you, the advertiser. Your free listing includes one photo and a listing for one property.
This is a great way to reach a targeted audience. For the best exposure, you may elect to upgrade your listing with the following options:

Six photos: $100/year
Twelve photos: $120/year
Home Page Featured Property:
Give your listing more exposure by making it a Featured Property for only $25/month. One photo and a short description of your Featured Property will appear on the TraverseRentalGuide.com home page, rotating randomly with other featured listings. Clicking the Featured Property takes prospective renters directly to your listing.
Premium Packages: Featured Package: A featured listing + 12 photos for $250/year
Unlimited Package: Unlimited properties, 3 photos each for $500/year
Web Site Link: Add a link to your property's web site for only $10 additional per month.
Web Site Creation: Don't have a web site for your property? We can create a web page showcasing your rental for as little as $50/month.
Virtual Tours: Want to wow potential renters? Have a virtual tour done of your property! We charge as little as $85 to create your first virtual tour ($65 for each additional) and then $10 per month to link to it from your listing.
Already Have a Virtual Tour? If you already have a virtual tour of your property and would like to add it to your TraverseRentalGuide.com listing, you may do so for only $10 additional per month.
